Our office is on the first floor of Laxmi Palace, right there on Mathuradas Road. If you know the area near Bhagat Colony, you probably know how busy it gets during the day. We’ve got Plot No-76, which is easy enough to find once you get inside the building. The stairs are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time coming up. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle building projects and land work. We don’t spend much on decorations or shiny lights because we’re usually too busy looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. The noise from Mathuradas Road comes right through the windows, but it’s the sound of the city, so we don't mind it much. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a new site or asking when the next stage of a project will start. We try to keep things simple here at Ravi Developers. We aren’t interested in those big corporate meetings. Most of our decisions happen over a quick chat near the window while watching the traffic below. It’s been our base for a long time, and the walls are covered with maps of the local areas we work in. If you’re looking for us, just head up to the first floor. Someone is usually around unless we’re out at a site checking on the workers. We prefer it that way, being out where the actual work happens.
