Our factory and office are located at G-28 in the Panki Industrial Area, Site No. 1. Shanti Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is right near the Coca Cola Bottling Plant, so that’s the easiest way to find us. Panki is an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly a quiet or pretty place. There are trucks everywhere and the sound of machinery is constant. We manufacture surgical items here. The floor is usually busy with people moving things around and machines running. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you visit, you’ll see the reality of an industrial workplace. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s where we get things done. We have a small office area where we handle the billing and the orders. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the smell from the other factories nearby anymore. Our team is mostly local workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a production schedule that we try to stick to. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to restart the machines, which is a pain. We just focus on making the products and getting them shipped out to hospitals. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. It’s a no-nonsense environment for people who aren't afraid to get their hands a bit dirty. We just have our factory floor and the trucks that come in.
