Bhumi Medical System is tucked away at No. 3/20 Kamla Nagar, right near Gumti No. 5. If you know the area, you know Gumti No. 5 is a bit of a landmark. We’re in the business of medical supplies and equipment, which is something we take pretty seriously because people’s health is involved. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly involves checking inventory and making sure everything is handled carefully. Our office in Kamla Nagar is where we do all the coordination. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes of equipment, but we know where everything is. We started this because we saw how hard it was for local clinics and families to get the right medical gear without traveling halfway across the city. Being near the Gumti makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't a giant warehouse; we’re a small team. Sometimes we’re out on deliveries or helping someone set up a piece of equipment, so the shop might be quiet for an hour. We don't use a lot of big medical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just explain how things work in plain English. It’s important that people feel comfortable when they’re buying things for their health or their patients. We’ve been at No. 3/20 for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the local doctors and nurses pretty well. It’s steady work, and we just try to be reliable for the people who depend on us every day.
