Nice N Spice

Nice N Spice is located at 120/190 on the Main Road in Lajpat Nagar, Kanpur. We are right by the Golden Palace and near Gurunanak School. This part of Kanpur is always full of activity, with cars honking and people everywhere. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have been here for a good while, and we’ve seen children grow up and go to that school across the way. The shop itself is small, so it gets pretty crowded during the evenings. We don't have a lot of space for sitting, so most people just take their food and go. The kitchen is always a mess of spices and steam, which is exactly how we like it. We don't have a polished website or a team of people to handle our image. It’s just us making food every day. The counters are a bit worn down from all the plates we’ve served. We try to get the orders out as fast as possible, but sometimes when the rush hits, there’s a wait. People in Lajpat Nagar are usually in a hurry, so we do our best to keep up with the demand. We don’t use any special marketing tricks or slogans. We just cook what we know and hope it’s enough to keep people coming back. It’s a tough business but it belongs to us. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves burning.
