Our office is located at L/2/24 on Sabji Mandi Road in Barra Ii. It’s a lively spot because of the market nearby, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. At Modtech Consultants, we don’t really fit the image of those big, shiny consulting firms in the city center. We are just a group of people who know our stuff and work out of a modest space. The noise from the street sometimes drifts in, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old printers, and plenty of coffee mugs. We spend our days helping people figure out technical problems or planning out different projects. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to stay late to get the details right. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to answer the door. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. There isn’t any corporate talk here. We just tell it like it is and try to find practical solutions for whoever walks through the door. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. Working near the Sabji Mandi means we can always grab fresh stuff on the way home, which is a nice little bonus for being in this part of town. We just keep at it.
