Laxmi Overseas

Our business, Laxmi Overseas, is located at No. 33-F in Gandhi Gram. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to some of the bigger commercial hubs. We’ve got a small storefront that leads into a larger back area where we do most of the actual work. It’s mostly just us and a couple of helpers who come in to load and unload the vehicles. We handle a variety of export goods and our days are filled with checking quality and making sure everything is packed tight. We don't have any shiny brochures or a dedicated sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our trucks around. The office part of the building is pretty small and the desk drawers usually stick, but it serves its purpose. We don't have any grand missions or complicated philosophies. We just focus on showing up and doing what we said we would do. If there’s a problem with a shipment, we try to fix it without making a big fuss. Some days the weather is too hot and we all slow down a bit, but the work always gets finished eventually. We like being in Gandhi Gram because it’s close to where most of us live. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that’s just how we like it. The rent is reasonable here and we have plenty of room for the trucks to turn around in the driveway. It took us a few years to get established, but we are settled in now and know the local area.
