Kothari Foots & Fragrances

Kothari Foots & Fragrances is based out of E-19, Panki Industrial Estate, Site-3. It is an industrial area, so it is all business and no fluff around here. We deal with footwear and various types of scents. It is a bit of an interesting mix, but it has worked for us for quite a while. The warehouse is quite big and it can get a bit cold in the winter months. We spend most of our time moving boxes around and checking the quality of what comes in and what goes out the door. It is a practical operation from top to bottom. We do not have a fancy showroom here with bright lights; it is mostly just for production and storage. The guys on the floor work hard and they know their stuff. We have been in Panki for a good number of years now. You get used to the sounds of the other factories running nearby. We are not doing anything revolutionary or world-changing. We just provide products that people use every single day of their lives. If you walked in, you would see stacks of leather and materials along with the smell of various fragrances in the air. It is a bit of a mess sometimes when we are really busy, but we know where everything is kept. We do not have a corporate handbook telling us how to speak to people. We just tell it like it is. People come back because they know we are reliable. That is all there is to it.
