You can find us at Plot Number 171 in Damodar Nagar, which is right in the Barra World Bank area. We are pretty close to the Sachan Guest House, so that's the best landmark to look for if you’re trying to find Kanha Telecom. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of phone accessories and repair tools into the space. We started this because everyone in the neighborhood was always asking where to get their screens fixed or where to buy a decent charger. It gets pretty loud around here with the traffic and people walking by, but it keeps things interesting. My younger brother helps out in the afternoons when it gets busy. We aren't trying to be some giant retail chain; we just want to make sure people in Damodar Nagar have a place to go when their phone stops working. Sometimes we run out of a specific cable and have to wait for the delivery guy to show up, but we usually have the basics. The floor could use a new coat of polish, and the chair for customers is a bit squeaky, but it’s a friendly place. We know most of the people who live around here by name. It’s just a regular local shop where we try to be useful and keep the lights on. No big speeches or fancy logos, just us doing our thing and helping people with their devices every single day.
