Our place is located over in Civil Lines, specifically at 15/288d here in Kanpur. If you know this part of Uttar Pradesh, you know it can get pretty crowded and loud during the day. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite some time. It’s got that old-school feel that a lot of places in Kanpur have. We don't really do the whole modern corporate thing. It’s more about the people who work here and the tasks we have to finish before the sun goes down. Most of us have been with the company for years, so we know each other's families and what’s going on in the city. The office has a lot of files and old furniture, but it works for us. We deal with a lot of paperwork and coordinating different shipments. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes things slow down, but we keep the fans going and keep moving. It’s not a glamorous job, just honest work in a busy part of town. Superhouse Ltd. has several spots, but this one in Civil Lines feels like home to most of us. You can usually find us busy with some task or another, whether it’s checking a ledger or talking on the phone with a supplier. It’s just how we do things here every day. We’re not hard to find if you’re ever in the neighborhood near the main road.
