Eldeco Townships & Housing Limited

We have been based out of the Civil Lines area for quite a long time now. You can find our office over at Virendra Smriti Complex, right on the first floor at 15/54-B. It is a busy part of the city, and the office usually reflects that energy. Eldeco Townships & Housing Limited mostly deals with building residential spaces and larger townships. Most of our days are spent going over site plans or talking to contractors on the phone. It is not always the cleanest work, as there is a lot of dust from the construction sites and stacks of paperwork that never seem to go away. We have a small team of people who have been here for years. We know the local streets and the way the neighborhood has changed over the decades. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and half-finished cups of tea. We do not have a fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. It is just a regular workplace where we try to get the housing projects finished so people can actually move in. Sometimes the deadlines get a bit stressful and the phone does not stop ringing, but that is just the way the building business goes. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to make sure the work gets done right. If you drop by, you will see us just working through the daily pile of files and site reports.
