Our spot is located over in Rawatpur Gaon, right here in Kanpur. If you know the 116/437 A area, you know it’s a busy part of town with a lot going on. It’s not like those big corporate parks you see in the movies. It’s more of a real, everyday neighborhood. We’ve been operating Convergys from this Uttar Pradesh address for quite some time now. Most of us grew up around here or moved nearby for work. The building itself is just a standard place where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit loud with the traffic and the vendors, but you get used to it after a week or two. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to stay productive. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything like that. Usually, we just grab something from the local shops nearby or bring tiffin from home. The tea is always hot, and that’s what matters when the afternoon slump hits. Kanpur is a tough, hardworking city, and we like to think we fit right into that vibe. We just show up, do the hours, and keep things ticking along. There’s no big secret to how we run things. It’s just work. We like the local feel of being in Rawatpur Gaon instead of a glass tower. It makes the day feel a little more normal.
