Sre Rickshaw

We are Sre Rickshaw, located on Ghantaghar Road. We are pretty close to Hemraj Market in the Basmandi area. It’s a very busy part of town. There are always rickshaws and carts moving around outside. Our place is basically a workshop and a storage area for parts. You’ll usually find us with grease on our hands and tools scattered around. It’s a noisy spot because of the traffic on Ghantaghar Road and the shouting from the market. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have a desk in the corner where we keep the books. Most of the time we are out on the floor dealing with the vehicles. We’ve been near Basmandi for quite a while. Everyone around here knows where we are. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is always a bit messy with metal scraps. We just focus on getting the rickshaws back on the road. People come to us because they know we’ve been here forever and we don't mess around. If it’s raining, the roof leaks a little in the back, but we just move the stuff out of the way. It’s just how it is in an old building like this. We stay until the last job is done and the tools are put away. It is just daily work for us.
