Down at Plot No -43-B in Shyam Nagar, you'll find our office, which is pretty close to the Durga Mandir. It’s a decent area to work in, especially with the temple nearby, so we see plenty of people walking past throughout the day. We’ve been doing this for quite a while now, mostly helping folks with property stuff around this specific side of town. It isn't a complicated operation at all, just us and a few desks where we keep our files and records. People often stop in after they’ve been to the mandir just to chat for a bit or ask about what’s for sale or rent in the neighborhood. We don't really have a sales pitch or anything like that. We just tell people what we know about the plots and the houses in Shyam Nagar. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a phone call to make to a lawyer. We know these local streets like the back of our hand, which definitely helps when someone is looking for something very specific. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of, but we manage somehow. We aren't one of those big firms with shiny glass buildings and expensive suits. We’re just a local business that’s stayed in the same spot for years, trying to help out neighbors when they need to buy or sell something. If the front door is open, someone is usually inside to help.
