We’ve got an old-fashioned office setup in Nadri House. It’s got high ceilings and those big windows that let in a lot of light. We focus on teaching skills to people who are looking for work. It’s a practical place. We have some equipment for hands-on learning and a couple of rooms for lectures. It’s not a fancy modern building, but it has a lot of character. We’re a small group of instructors and staff. We do most of the maintenance ourselves, like fixing a leaky tap or moving the chairs around for a big class. Kanpur is a tough town and people here work hard, so we try to match that energy. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just put up a few flyers and talk to the people who walk in. Most of our students come from the surrounding neighborhoods.
