We aren't some massive corporation with a huge staff. It’s just a group of us working out of this office. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. We focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is sometimes. We don't have a PR person to write nice things about us. We just go about our business in a quiet way. Most of the people around here know us as the folks who work in plot 92. We like the local vibe of Kanpur. It feels real. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain English and hard work. If we have a problem, we fix it. That’s the way we’ve always done things. It’s a small operation, but we are proud of what we do in our little corner of Uttar Pradesh. We usually just have a few desks and some old chairs, but it works.
