Our place is at House Number 995 in Damodar Nagar, which is right in the Naubasta area. It’s a typical neighborhood spot where things are always a bit noisy outside. We operate the Cotted Council Of Technical Training And Entrepreneurship Development from here. It’s basically a converted space that works for what we need. There are desks for the staff and a lot of papers related to the training programs we handle. Since it’s a house-based setup, it doesn't feel like a stiff office building. You can hear the neighbors and the traffic from the main road nearby. We’ve got a few computers set up and some chairs for visitors who drop by to ask about entrepreneurship or technical skills. It’s a bit of a climb if you’re coming from the main market, but everyone knows the Damodar Nagar lanes. We usually have the doors open to let some air in during the day. The walls have some old charts on them and there’s always a stack of forms waiting to be filed. It’s not a polished corporate floor, just a practical environment where we spend our ten to six. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with running a training council. Living and working in the same general area makes it feel very much like a community thing rather than just a business. Most of the people around here know us by now.
