Adorable Engineering

We've been here at Juhi Baradevi for a while now, just behind the Bara Devi Mandir. Most people find us by looking for the temple first and then turning into the lane. Adorable Engineering isn't a fancy name, but it's what we called the place when we started some years ago. We do a lot of metal work and fixing various machine parts. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful where we put things. You can usually hear the machines running from the street if the traffic isn't too loud. It gets pretty dusty inside during the summer months when the wind blows through. We handle whatever comes through the door, mostly small repairs for local folks and some bigger pieces for workshops nearby. Some days it is very busy and others we just sit around and clean the tools or grease the gears. My cousin helps me out when the orders get heavy. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just the work floor and a small wooden desk for the paperwork and the phone. Sometimes the power goes out in this area and we have to wait a bit to finish the welding. People stop by to chat as much as they do for work. It’s a simple setup we have here at the 127/346 address. We try to get things done when we say we will. It's just how the business goes for us and we're used to it.
