Our academy is situated at BS-330 in Kalindipuram. It’s a local spot where we focus on teaching management and how people can communicate better with each other. We don't have a grand entrance or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a straightforward building where we have our classrooms and a small office space. We started this because we noticed that a lot of people have the technical skills but struggle with the interpersonal side of things. So, we set up shop here to help with that. It is a private company, but we keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed. You won't find anyone in suits unless there is a special occasion. Most days, it’s just us and the students talking through different scenarios and practicing skills. Kalindipuram is a nice area, and being at BS-330 works out well for us. We have some desks that have been here since we opened and a few whiteboards that are always covered in marker stains. It’s a working environment, not a showroom. We don't spend a lot of money on big ads. People usually hear about us from someone else who took a class here. We just focus on the lessons and making sure everyone who comes through the door feels like they learned something useful. It’s honest work and we are happy to be doing it in our little part of town. Sometimes we even order lunch together and just talk about the day's lessons.
