Westind Eats Llp

Westind Eats Llp is located at Tmc Xxii 326/B on Kottaram Road. Pookoth Street is just around the corner, and it is a fairly quiet area compared to the main town. We have been working out of this building for a few years now. It is an old structure with thick walls, so it stays relatively cool inside even when it is scorching outside. We do all our food preparation in a kitchen that is probably a bit too small for us, but we make it work. We have to be careful not to trip over each other when things get busy. There is a small sink in the corner that always drips, no matter how tight you turn the handle. We just put a plastic tub under it and empty it once a day. Our team consists of local people who live nearby. We walk or bike to work most mornings. We don't have a big marketing plan or a mission statement. We just show up, prepare the food, and handle the orders as they come in. The back door leads to a small alley where we keep the trash bins and some spare crates. It is not a glamorous job, but we are a tight-knit group. We share our lunch and talk about our families while we work through the day. Sometimes we even stay late to finish up if there's a big order coming through.
