Commis 2

Commis 2 is basically us working out of Deepa House in Kodiyeri. We are located near the Moozhikkara post office in Thalassery. It is not some huge factory or a fancy corporate office. It is just a kitchen where we get things done. Mostly, we handle the prep work and the small details that other people do not want to spend their time on. Being in Thalassery means everyone knows good food, so we have to be careful about how we do things. We started this because we noticed there was a need for extra hands in the food business around here. We spend a lot of our time dealing with fresh ingredients and making sure everything is chopped or cleaned right. It is honest work. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot and we all get a bit tired, but that is how it goes. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks in front of us. If you walk by Deepa House, you will likely see us busy with something or other. We have been here for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. It is a simple operation and we like keeping it that way. We do not use fancy equipment, just what works. Everyone here helps out with everything, from cleaning up to packing. It is just how we run things in this part of Kerala.
