We are located right near the Alegad Kappela, which is the easiest way to find us if you are coming from the main road. It is a quiet neighborhood, mostly residential, but our yard for the granite is nearby. Having been in this trade for a long time, it has become a family affair. No big corporate offices or flashy signs are out front. People in the village and the nearby towns usually just know our name and come by when they are building something new. The office is just a simple room in the house with a desk and some chairs for visitors. When it rains, the yard gets a bit muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep working. Granite is heavy work, but it is a good business to be in. Every slab is a bit different, and we spend time showing people the variations in the stone. Advertising isn't something we spend money on. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. Sometimes the phone reception isn't great out here, so if you can't reach us, just stopping by the house is usually the best bet. We like the personal touch of meeting people face to face anyway. It feels more honest that way to just talk over a desk and get things settled.
