Mattannur is where we are, specifically at Ayisha Manzil. It's a busy spot near the post office. We spend most of our time dealing with ingredients. Some days are just about sorting through bags and making sure everything looks right. Mubeena K handles a lot of the coordination here. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows. We work out of a house setup because it feels right for what we do. The smell of the kitchen is always there. People around Nalamkeryporora know where we are. We don't have a big sign or anything. Usually, someone is outside loading a truck or checking the stock. The weather here in Kerala gets really humid, so we have to be careful with how we store things. We've been doing this for a bit now, just keeping things moving day by day. It's not a complicated operation, just a few of us making sure the food gets out. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and wait for it to come back. That's just how life is here. We try to keep things organized but sometimes there are boxes everywhere. We don't mind. It shows we are working. If you walk past the post office and head toward the house, you'll see us. We're usually busy with something or other, maybe just sweeping the front porch or counting bags for the next day's delivery.
