Our shop is located in Trichambaram, right in the Taliparamba area. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but locals know where the Trichambaram temple is, and we aren't far from there. We’ve been making our food products here for quite a while. It’s a quiet enough part of town, though it picks up during festivals. We have a small facility where we do all the cooking and packing. It’s not a huge factory or anything, just a few rooms dedicated to getting the work done. We handle everything ourselves, from sourcing the ingredients to putting the labels on the jars. It’s hard work, and the kitchen gets very hot in the afternoons. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make food that we think tastes right. The staff is mostly people from the surrounding neighborhoods. We know our customers by name usually. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a marketing department; we just rely on people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves going. There is always a batch of something being prepared in the back. We try to keep it as fresh as possible.
