Rolush Caters Llp operates out of the Union Complex in South Bazar. If you know Kannur, you know how busy South Bazar gets during the day. We are in Building No. 256/46. It’s a catering business, so there is always something going on with pots and big trays. We deal with all kinds of events, mostly local weddings or small gatherings people have at their houses. It gets pretty loud in the kitchen when we have a big order to finish. We’ve been in this spot for a bit. Being in the Union Complex is handy because it’s central for deliveries. We aren't doing anything fancy with fancy brochures or stuff like that. We just cook the food and take it where it needs to go. Sometimes we run out of space when three orders come in at once. The staff here are mostly local people from Kannur. We know what people around here like at their parties. We just stay focused on the cooking and making sure the rice and curries are done on time. It’s a lot of hard work and standing on your feet all day. The traffic in South Bazar can be a pain when we are trying to load the vans, but we manage somehow. We are just a local catering team doing our thing day by day. We don't have a website or anything big, just our reputation in the market.
