Nexus Restaurant Llp is tucked away in Chirakkara, right over on Ss Road. We’ve got our spot set up at C M House, Room 14/470. If you know Thalassery, you know this part of town stays pretty busy. It’s not a huge place, but we keep things running daily. The kitchen gets hot by noon, and the smell of spices usually drifts out toward the street. Suhara C M looks after things here. We started this because we liked being in the middle of the local hustle. It’s mostly about getting the orders right and making sure people have a decent place to sit and eat. Some days are loud with people coming in and out from the road, and other times it’s just the sound of plates clinking. We don't have fancy decor or anything like that. It’s just a regular building with white walls and some tables. Most people who stop by are just regulars from around the neighborhood or folks passing through the Ss Road area. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and prepping for the next rush. It’s honest work, and it keeps us occupied from morning until late. We just try to keep the food coming out fresh and the floors swept. There isn’t much more to it than that. We’re just a small part of the food scene here in Thalassery, trying to do our thing every single day without making a big fuss about it.
