Mosons Edibles

Mosons Edibles is located in the Industrial Estate in Palayad. It’s a dedicated area for businesses like ours, so we fit right in. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The estate has its own rhythm and we are part of it. Our day starts early when the gates open up. We handle edible products, so we spend a huge amount of our time on cleaning and preparation. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes from one side of the floor to the other. The building is a bit older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the estate or anything like that. We just want to do our job well enough so we can come back and do it again tomorrow. Palayad is a decent place to work. It’s out of the main city chaos, which we appreciate. We get our supplies delivered by local trucks. Sometimes things are late, or the rain stops work for a bit because of leaks. We just take it as it comes. There isn't a big story behind us. We just saw an opportunity to start something in the food sector and we did it. We don't have a marketing team. We just have our hands and the machines. It’s a very basic way of doing business. We keep our records in simple books. It works.
