Our place is out near the Post Office in Payyavoor, right off N.H.- 17. Mathaisons Foods Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a big, formal company, but we are pretty down to earth. Being near the highway is helpful for getting things moved around. Payyavoor is a good spot, though it can get a bit quiet sometimes. We handle food products, so there is always a lot of cleaning and checking to do. We aren't the type to have big meetings about "vision" or anything. We just talk over what needs to be done while we are working. The office is small and usually has a stack of mail from the post office nearby. We don't have a fancy logo or a bunch of slogans. We just work. Sometimes the weather out here on the coast makes things a bit damp, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the drivers who pass by on N.H.- 17. We aren't trying to be a multinational giant. We just want to run our business properly and keep our employees busy. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking labels. By the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of tired. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just food, and we are the people who get it ready. If you’re ever passing the post office, that’s where you’ll find us.
