Malayoram Foods India Private Limited is based in Kanjamalameenpatty. It is a bit of a long name to say, but we have called Karuvanchal home for a long time now. We are right in the Vellad area, which is a good place for a food business. We deal with various food products, mostly the stuff people need for their daily meals. There is nothing too flashy about our setup here. It is a practical space where we handle all the processing and storage ourselves. We try to keep things moving so that nothing sits around in the warehouse for too long. Sometimes the trucks have a bit of trouble with the narrow roads around here, but we always find a way to make it work. It is a local effort, and most of us living nearby work here, so it feels like a family thing. We do not have a huge board of directors or anything like that. Just a few of us making decisions based on what needs to get done each morning. We handle the packaging ourselves and make sure everything is sealed up right. It is hard work, but it feels good to see the bags stacked up and ready to go out. We have had some long nights during the busy seasons, but that is just part of the trade. We are not trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one for our neighbors and customers.
