Banush Organics & Farm Developers

We’ve been working out of Noor Mahal for a while now. It’s a quiet place most days, but things get busy when we’re dealing with the farm development side of things. Banush Organics isn’t some big fancy corporation with a hundred people in suits. It’s mostly just us trying to make sure the soil is right and the plants are doing what they’re supposed to. We spend a lot of time talking about manure, seeds, and how the weather is changing. Sometimes the rain helps us out, and other times it makes the work twice as hard. Noor Mahal is where we keep the records and handle the phone calls. It’s not a shiny office building, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with local folks who want to get their land in better shape or start growing things properly. Some days are just spent looking at maps and planning where the next rows of trees should go. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just been about getting our hands dirty and figuring out how to make the organic side of things actually work for people. You might find some of us out in the fields more often than at the desk. We started this because we liked being outside and working with the earth, and that’s still what keeps us going every morning. It’s practical work, and we try to keep it simple.
