Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a functional space where we get our work done. Inside, there are several desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full of old records. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computers. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s important to us and keeps us going. The rain in Kannur can be very heavy and loud on the roof, and we often have to run out and move the cars or fix a small leak. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a while now. We know each other’s habits and how everyone likes their tea or coffee in the morning. We don’t have a human resources department or big corporate meetings with charts.
