Ekmas Foods Llp

Ekmas Foods Llp is run out of the building at 17/592, which most locals know as Ummakulsu Cottage. It’s right near the Ems Smaraka Higher Secondary School, so we hear the kids shouting and the school bells ringing all through the morning and afternoon. That school traffic can be a real headache around three o’clock, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our workspace isn't a massive factory, it’s more of a converted spot that feels more like a home than an office. We do all our work right here. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving equipment around, and there’s always a stack of containers waiting in the corner. We don't have a fancy sign out front, just the address. Working near a school means there’s always something happening outside, but inside we are focused on getting the food batches ready. Some of us have been here since the start. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the kitchen equipment is going full blast. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when a big order comes in, but we make it work. We just do our thing here in the cottage and try to stay organized. It’s a local operation, nothing more and nothing less than that. We usually lock up around six and head home to our families.
