Dinesh Foods

Dinesh Foods is run out of Dinesh Bhavan which is located in the Payyambalam area. It is a coastal part of town, so you can often feel the salt in the air and a bit of a breeze coming off the ocean. The building is more like a house that has been used for our food business for a long time. It is not a factory in the middle of an industrial park. It is tucked away in a more residential-feeling street. We have the kitchen areas and the packing rooms set up inside. The floors are tiled and we keep things as tidy as we can, though it gets very busy during the peak hours. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you will probably just see one of us walking around with a clipboard or a box. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived in Payyambalam for generations. Sometimes you can hear the waves if the street is quiet enough at night. We usually start our work very early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. The building has a few trees around it which gives some shade. It is a very quiet and humble setup compared to the big food companies. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry much about anything else. It is just our little spot in a beautiful part of the world.
