Cherupuzha Granites LLP

Down in the Kolayad area, Cherupuzha Granites LLP operates from Nelleri House. We are at door number 450/11-H. Being in the Thalassery area of Kannur, we are used to the local way of doing things. It is a family-run place, and we have been working with granite for a long time. The office is just a part of the house where we keep the ledgers and take phone calls from customers. A big showroom or anything like that isn't part of the setup. If you want to see the stone, we just take you out to the back where the slabs are kept. Every piece of granite has its own pattern, and showing people the different options is part of the job. It is heavy, physical work, especially when the weather is hot and humid. A couple of guys help us with the heavy lifting and the loading. Most of our customers are locals who are building their homes and need something sturdy for their floors or kitchen counters. We do not do any fancy advertising at all. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors. Sometimes the stone takes a while to arrive from the quarries, so patience is necessary. We just try to be honest with people about when their order will be ready. It is a quiet life here in Kolayad, and we are happy to keep our business small and manageable. The work is what we focus on every single day.
