Aisond Innovatives Llp has its office up in the Nambudakam Building in the town of Neendunokki. We’re in Room No 408 on the first floor, which is in the X Ward area of Kottiyoor. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to it, but it’s a solid building. Thalassery and Kannur aren’t too far off, but we like being right here in this specific town. It’s got a different feel to it than the bigger hubs. The room isn't overly spacious, but we’ve organized the desks so everyone has their own corner. Most of the time, the sound of the street comes in through the window, which is better than total silence. We’ve been here for some time now, and the locals know where to find us if they need anything. We don’t go for anything flashy; the walls are plain, and the furniture is just basic stuff we picked up when we started. It’s a workplace, not a showroom. Working in Kottiyoor means we avoid the worst of the city noise, though it can get pretty busy on market days. Our group is small, and we mostly just talk across the room instead of sending emails to each other when we’re sitting five feet apart. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly without making a big deal out of it.
