You can find Admira Cooks right at Nikshan Arena on Bank Road. Being in the middle of Kannur means there’s always something happening outside our windows. It’s a busy spot. We aren’t some distant company with an office in a big city far away. We’re right here on the ground. Our team is small, mostly people from around this area. We handle the cooking side of things, but it’s more about the management and the logistics than just being in a kitchen. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have a fancy website or a social media person telling everyone what we're doing every minute. We just focus on the orders we have. Sometimes we get overwhelmed when things get busy during festival seasons, but we always manage to pull through. It's not a perfect system, but it's our system. We talk to each other directly instead of sending a hundred emails. If something needs fixing, someone just grabs a tool or makes a call. We like the directness of it. It feels more like a real job that way. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask a quick question, and we like that about being on Bank Road. It keeps us connected to the neighborhood while we work through our daily tasks.
