G. G. Foods is out on NH-76 in Village Vana, which you reach via Kheroda in the Vallabhnagar Tehsil. Being located right on the highway means we see a lot of trucks and travelers passing by throughout the day. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect from a village location near the road, but it’s where we do all our food processing work. We don't have a fancy office building. Instead, we have a practical facility that’s built for handling food products coming in from the local areas. The pace here is a bit different than in the city. We start early when it’s still cool outside, and things usually quiet down a bit during the hottest part of the afternoon. We handle various food items, and there’s always a lot of washing, sorting, and packing going on in the back. The sounds of the highway are just part of the background for us now. We don't use much in the way of big corporate language because we’re just local folks running a food business in Vana. Our days are spent checking the quality of the produce and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s hard work, and your hands definitely get dirty, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on getting the food packed up and ready for the trucks that pull up to our gate every afternoon to take the stock away.
