We deal with tea because, well, this is Kangra. Tea is what we know. We aren't a big industrial tea estate with thousands of workers. We’re a smaller LLP and we keep our operations pretty grounded. Our office is right there in the village. It’s a simple setup with a few rooms and a lot of tea talk. We don't have any polished mission statements or fancy slogans. We just try to handle our tea business without making mistakes. The weather in Baijnath is usually good for the plants, but it can get pretty cold in the winter. We spend our days checking on things and making sure the bags are moving out on time. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that’s just life in the mountains. We like the pace of things in Majherna. It’s not like the city. We’re just Pranava Tea, a local business trying to do things the old-fashioned way without any of the corporate fluff that you see these days. It’s just honest, daily work in a place we love. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here in Kangra.
