Navin Steel Industries

Navin Steel Industries is based out in Mohtli, right on G.T. Road. It is an industrial spot, so there are a lot of other steel and iron businesses located all around us. We have got our setup here and it works for what we do. We are not some huge company with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team, and we all know each other’s names and families. Working with steel is what we know how to do. We have got our shed and our equipment, and we spend most of our time out there in the heat. The office is just a small room where we keep the books and take calls. It is nothing fancy. Mohtli is a bit of a distance from the main city, but being right on G.T. Road helps us with the logistics. We see a lot of trucks passing by all day and all night. We do not really do much in the way of advertising or promotion. Most of our work comes from long-term contracts or people who have heard about us from others in the trade. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do good work and make a decent living. Sometimes things go wrong with the machines, and we have to spend the whole day fixing them, but that is just part of the job. We do not use corporate talk. It is a basic, hard-working environment.
