Up here in Himachal Pradesh, things move at a slightly different pace. We are based in P.O. Naganpat, which is part of the Dharmshala Tehsil in the Kangra district. Being tucked away in the 176209 area means we get some pretty nice views of the hills, especially when the weather clears up. Aarti Steels Ltd. has this spot where it’s a bit of a drive to get to the main town, but we don't mind the quiet. The office is a simple setup. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff, so the mountain roads can be a bit tricky during the monsoon season. We've had days where the rain just doesn't stop, and we all just sit around with tea waiting for the trucks. It’s a local operation, and most of the staff grew up around these parts. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just handle the steel and make sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It can get cold in the winter, so we usually have a heater going in the corner. If you’re looking for us, you’ll find us past the main village. We aren't trying to be some giant company that forgets its roots. We are just Aarti Steels Ltd., working out of Kangra and making sure we do right by the people we work with. It's a steady life, even if the terrain is a bit rugged.
