Lucky Tea Stall

Lucky Tea Stall is a small spot located in Dehan, right on the Maranda Hamirpur Sujanpur Road. We are in the Palampur area of the Kangra district. If you are driving along that road, you’ve probably passed us. We aren't a big restaurant or anything like that. It’s just a simple stall where we make tea and serve a few snacks. We’ve been at this location for a long time. The road is always busy with cars and trucks going between Hamirpur and Sujanpur, so we get a lot of travelers stopping for a quick break. The setup is basic, with a few benches and a stove that’s almost always going. It gets quite cold here in Kangra, so a hot cup of tea is usually what people are looking for. We don't have a menu or anything fancy. We just serve what we have ready that day. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different family members behind the counter depending on the time of day. We don't worry about being polished or having the best furniture. We just focus on making sure the tea is hot and the biscuits are fresh. It’s a noisy spot because of the traffic, but we like it. It’s a good place to hear news from people traveling through Palampur. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to whoever stops by during their journey.
