Our building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a functional space where we handle our tea products. Inside, you'll find a lot of machinery and bags of tea waiting to be packed. It can get quite loud when everything is running at once. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We don't spend time on big presentations or corporate meetings. We just focus on getting the tea ready for the market. The location on Express Road is good for getting things moved out quickly. Sometimes we have issues with the power or machines breaking down, but we just fix them and keep going. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, everyone is too busy working in the back. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We deal with tea every day and that is what we know.
