Arni School Of Computer Science

You can find the Arni School Of Computer Science tucked away inside the Arni University Campus over in Kathgarh. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main part of Kangra, but the surroundings are quiet and green, which is good for studying. Most of what we do involves sitting at desks and working on the computers. The labs have rows of monitors and you can always hear the low hum of the machines running. Some of the equipment has been around for a few years, but it still works fine for what the students need to do. We do not spend much money on decorations or fancy office furniture. It is mostly just whiteboards covered in notes and students huddled together trying to figure out a bit of code. The professors usually have their doors open if they are not in a lecture, and you can see them talking to students about their projects. It gets quite busy during the exam season when people stay late and the computer labs are full until the lights go out. We have a small canteen nearby where everyone grabs tea and snacks during the day. It is a practical place for people who actually want to learn how computers work without any of the extra fluff. The weather up here in Kangra can be a bit unpredictable, but the building stays dry and the internet stays on most of the time.
