Zen Linen International (P) Limited

Down in Tambaram at the Special Economic Zone, things move at a different pace. We are tucked into Unit No. 48-50 in Phase I. Zen Linen International (P) Limited is just one of those places where the work never really stops. It is a big area to navigate if you aren't used to it, with all the security gates and different phases, but once you find us, it is just a normal workspace. The halls can be a bit loud with the machinery and people moving around, and the air conditioning is always fighting a losing battle against the heat outside. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure things are where they should be. It is pretty industrial, nothing like a cozy shop in the city. You see trucks coming and going all day long. Lunch breaks are usually quick, just enough time to grab a bite before getting back to the floor. It is a long walk from the main gate to our unit if you are on foot, so most of us have our routines down to a science. The lighting is that bright office kind, and there is always some paperwork sitting on a desk somewhere needing attention. We just do what needs doing to keep things moving. It isn't a glamorous life inside the SEZ, but it is steady work and we have a good group of people here.
