Vidiyala Property Developers Private Limited is located out in Neikuppi Village. It is a quiet spot on Small Street, near Vengapakkam Post. If you are coming from Kalpakkam, you have to follow the road into Kanchipuram to find us. We’ve been here at No. 201 for some time. Working in a village like this is different from the big city. Things move at their own pace. We handle property development, mostly focusing on the land around this part of Tamil Nadu. It isn't a massive corporate setup. It is just us doing the daily work of measuring lots and talking to people about where they want to build. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially during the rains when the roads get muddy. But we manage. People know us in the village as the ones who deal with the houses and plots. We spend a lot of time outside, looking at sites and making sure things are lined up right. It is practical work. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. If someone wants to know about a piece of land, they just come by the office on Small Street. We sit down and look at the papers together. It is a lot of back and forth with the local offices, but that is part of the job. We are glad to be part of the community here in Kancheepuram.
