Cadalavada Group

Our base for Cadalavada Group is right in Flat No. 103 at the Seasoures Apartment in Pandurangapuaram. It’s more of a home-style office than a glass-and-steel building, which we think makes it a lot more comfortable for everyone. We handle all our business from here, sitting around the table and going through whatever needs to be done that day. Pandurangapuaram is a nice area, and being in the apartment block means we’re right in the middle of things. We started this group because we wanted to work for ourselves and do things in a way that felt right. There’s no big reception desk or people in suits, just us and our computers and a lot of notebooks. We focus on getting our tasks finished and staying on top of our schedules. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but we’ve learned how to organize it over time. People come by to discuss projects, and we usually just sit in the living area to talk things through. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it keeps our costs down too. We don’t see the point in having a giant office if we’re out on-site half the time anyway. Being part of the Seasoures community is good, and the neighbors are friendly enough. It’s just a normal business run by a small group of people trying to do a good job.
