We are located at G R Nest in Babu Garden, specifically on Kambar Street in Lakshmi Nagar. Our office is up on the second floor at 1/39. Kovur is a part of Chennai that has its own unique feel, and we’ve been working out of here for a good bit now. We do building and technical work, mostly focusing on construction projects that people need in this growing area. The office is where we do all the drawing and the planning before we head out to the sites. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for our desks and all the files we have to keep for the various projects. We aren't about flashy presentations or big promises. We just look at what needs to be built and we try to do it right. Being in Lakshmi Nagar means we are close to our projects and can get to them quickly if something comes up. Every day is a bit of a juggle between managing the workers and making sure we have enough materials on hand. It can get stressful when deadlines are tight, but we’ve learned to manage over the years. We aren't some distant corporation; we are right here in the neighborhood. People stop by to ask about their houses or just to check on progress. We keep it simple and honest because that’s the only way we know how to work.
