If you come down to East Tambaram, you will find us at 14/26 Mariamman Koil Street. We are UPFRONT CIVIL CONTRACTORS and we have been working out of this spot in Vinoba Nagar for a bit. The office is full of site plans, rolls of blueprints, and dusty boots because we are always heading out to some construction site or another. It is a bit messy sometimes, but that is the nature of civil contracting. We aren't the type to sit around in suits. Most of the time we are talking to laborers or checking on how much cement we have left for a job. Mariamman Koil Street is a familiar place to us now. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we grab our lunch. The work is mostly about getting buildings up and making sure the structures are solid. We handle the technical bits and the physical labor side of things too. It is a lot of coordination, making sure trucks arrive on time and that the weather doesn't mess up our schedule too much. Tambaram is a growing area so there is always something needing to be fixed or built. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is right in front of us. It is not a glamorous business, but it is necessary. We appreciate being part of the community here in Kanchipuram district and just keeping the projects moving along.
