Our location is in Chennai, over in the Nehru Nagar Industrial Estate on OMR. Our office is at number 338 on the 1st Main Road. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the quietest place, but it works for what we do. We put together industrial exhibitions and trade shows. The office is mostly just a place where we plan everything out. There are always stacks of brochures and floor plans lying around on the desks. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for a long time. The heat in Chennai can be tough, but the AC in the office keeps things okay for the most part. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and exhibitors. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The 1st Main Road gets quite busy with trucks and delivery vans throughout the day. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to a lot of the businesses we work with. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes from the canteen nearby. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive furniture, just the basics to get the job done. Every day is a bit different depending on which show is coming up next. We often keep some spare lightbulbs and tapes in the desk drawers just in case of an emergency during an event.
