Expo House is where we’re based, specifically at 216 on 3rd Link Street, just off the OMR. It’s a good spot for an exhibition company to be. The building is easy to spot, which helps when people are coming by for the first time. Inside, it’s mostly what you’d expect. We have some open areas where we plan out the show floors and a few smaller rooms for meetings. The 3rd Link Street area can get a bit congested during peak hours, so we’ve learned the shortcuts. We aren't into that corporate polish. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving equipment in and out, and the carpets have seen better days. But it works for us. We spend our time talking to exhibitors and making sure the venues are ready for the crowds. It’s a lot of coordination and checking lists. We have a small team here at Unitech, and most of us have been in the exhibition game for a decade or more. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the booths are built and the lights come on. It’s practical work. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh over the lunch break in the small pantry. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people getting things done.
