Target Manpower Team

You can find us at No 5/2 on Vanchinathan Street, right along Thiruvalluvar Salai in Ramapuram. We are pretty close to the Lamical Club, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the office for the first time. Target Manpower Team is basically a small office where we spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making calls to different companies to see if they need extra hands for the week. We get a lot of walk-ins, people from the neighborhood or from further out, just looking for a bit of help finding a steady job. The office isn’t anything fancy, just some chairs for people to wait in and a few computers that have seen better days. We try to keep things organized but with so many people coming in and out, the paperwork tends to pile up on the corners of our desks. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we like the energy. We aren't some giant recruitment firm with offices in every city. We are just here in Ramapuram, trying to match local workers with the jobs that are available nearby. It feels good when someone we talked to gets a call back for a position. That’s really all there is to it. We just open up, make our calls, and see who comes through the door.
